If we are not in network with your insurance plan we suggester using Mentaya to help access out of network benefits or asking us about our sliding scale fees

We are registered with TriCare and VA community network.

We are in network with Molina Medicaid Plans
Optum/ United
We are in network wiht Optum/ United and accept OPTUM EAP and OPTUM via GEHA
AETNA
We are in network with AETNA EAP, AETNA PPO and AETNA POS as well as AETNA Better Health (medicaid)
CIGNA/ Evernorth
We are in network with CIGNA POS and CIGNA PPO and CIGNA EAP
